Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design, documentation, and delivery of education and multi-residential development projects.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure all projects comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and building relationships within the industry.
- Drive innovation and excellence in design, with a focus on functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
- Registered Architect in New South Wales.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from an Australian university.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in education and multi-residential developments.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams on complex projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
- A leadership role in a collaborative and innovative environment.
