Experienced Revit Technical Documentation and Project Coordinator

About Us:
Our client are a premier architectural and design firm in Queensland, recognized for delivering innovative and high-quality projects. With a diverse portfolio that includes high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hotels, and more, we are looking for a seasoned Revit Technical Documentation and Project Coordinator to lead and contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and produce detailed construction documentation using Revit across a variety of project types, including high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, and hotels.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of documentation specialists, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and quality control for complex documentation and project coordination tasks.
  • Contribute to projects in other sectors, such as industrial, townhouses, medical, and childcare, as required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the documentation and coordination phases.
Bonus Skills:
  • Proven ability to engage in business development activities, including client relationships and project acquisition.
  • Architectural design capabilities, with a creative eye and strong conceptual skills.
  • Interior design skills, including detailing and material selection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years (preferred 10 years) of full-time local experience in Revit technical documentation and project coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with an extensive portfolio of completed projects demonstrating expertise.
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating with consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian building codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
