Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed interior design documentation for multi-residential projects using Revit.
- Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design with overall project goals.
- Develop interior layouts, joinery details, material specifications, and finishes schedules.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project implementation.
- Ensure all designs and documentation comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Contribute to design presentations and client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in interior design, specifically in multi-residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong technical documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of material selection, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
