We are seeking a talented and driven Registered Architect with over 5 years of professional experience in Australia to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of multi-residential developments and possess advanced proficiency in Revit. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and be an integral part of our design and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-residential projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed architectural designs and documentation using Revit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Actively contribute to design reviews and project presentations.
- Registered Architect in Queensland.
- Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience working in Australia.
- Strong proficiency in Revit with a proven track record of delivering high-quality project documentation.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-residential developments, including knowledge of planning, design, and construction processes.
- Excellent understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
