About Us:
Our Client are a leading architectural and design firm in Queensland, renowned for delivering high-quality and innovative projects. Our portfolio spans high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hotels, and more. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Revit Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team and contribute to our diverse and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive construction documentation using Revit for a variety of projects, including high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, and hotels.
• Develop detailed interior design documentation for construction, including joinery, materials, and finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure documentation aligns with design intent and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.
• Provide technical support and quality control for documentation across various project types.
• Assist with documentation for a range of projects, including industrial, townhouses, medical facilities, and childcare centers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years (preferred 5 years) of full-time local experience in a Revit technical documentation role.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical documentation expertise.
• Extensive experience in high-rise residential, mixed-use residential, and hotel project documentation.
• Experience in interior design detailing for construction documentation.
• Familiarity with industrial, townhouse, medical, and childcare project documentation is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
